Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dmdskmgr.dll
2.Extract dmdskmgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dmdskmgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dmdskmgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dmdskmgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dmdskmgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dmdskmgr.dll and press Enter.
