Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dmtmintl.dll 8.00.00.01105
2.Extract dmtmintl.dll 8.00.00.01105 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dmtmintl.dll 8.00.00.01105 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dmtmintl.dll 8.00.00.01105.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dmtmintl.dll 8.00.00.01105 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dmtmintl.dll 8.00.00.01105 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dmtmintl.dll 8.00.00.01105 and press Enter.
