Using the zip or rar file
1.Download drivers.dll 1.02 (278)
2.Extract drivers.dll 1.02 (278) from .zip. We recommend that you extract drivers.dll 1.02 (278) to the installation directory of the program that is requesting drivers.dll 1.02 (278).
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract drivers.dll 1.02 (278) to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place drivers.dll 1.02 (278) in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 drivers.dll 1.02 (278) and press Enter.
