Using the zip or rar file
1.Download drv13260.dll 6.0.7.1435
2.Extract drv13260.dll 6.0.7.1435 from .zip. We recommend that you extract drv13260.dll 6.0.7.1435 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting drv13260.dll 6.0.7.1435.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract drv13260.dll 6.0.7.1435 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place drv13260.dll 6.0.7.1435 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 drv13260.dll 6.0.7.1435 and press Enter.
