Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dscanatl.dll 14.00.0.28
2.Extract dscanatl.dll 14.00.0.28 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dscanatl.dll 14.00.0.28 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dscanatl.dll 14.00.0.28.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dscanatl.dll 14.00.0.28 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dscanatl.dll 14.00.0.28 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dscanatl.dll 14.00.0.28 and press Enter.
