Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dsetup6e.dll 4.04.00.0069
2.Extract dsetup6e.dll 4.04.00.0069 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dsetup6e.dll 4.04.00.0069 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dsetup6e.dll 4.04.00.0069.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dsetup6e.dll 4.04.00.0069 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dsetup6e.dll 4.04.00.0069 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dsetup6e.dll 4.04.00.0069 and press Enter.
