Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dsetupj.dll 4.04.00.0069
2.Extract dsetupj.dll 4.04.00.0069 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dsetupj.dll 4.04.00.0069 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dsetupj.dll 4.04.00.0069.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dsetupj.dll 4.04.00.0069 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dsetupj.dll 4.04.00.0069 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dsetupj.dll 4.04.00.0069 and press Enter.
