Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dtcrt.dll 6.00.8162
2.Extract dtcrt.dll 6.00.8162 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dtcrt.dll 6.00.8162 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dtcrt.dll 6.00.8162.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dtcrt.dll 6.00.8162 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dtcrt.dll 6.00.8162 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dtcrt.dll 6.00.8162 and press Enter.
