Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DECCTXV0.DLL
2.Extract DECCTXV0.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract DECCTXV0.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DECCTXV0.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DECCTXV0.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DECCTXV0.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DECCTXV0.DLL and press Enter.
