Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DEM.Foundation.dll 1.2.2117.25442
2.Extract DEM.Foundation.dll 1.2.2117.25442 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DEM.Foundation.dll 1.2.2117.25442 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DEM.Foundation.dll 1.2.2117.25442.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DEM.Foundation.dll 1.2.2117.25442 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DEM.Foundation.dll 1.2.2117.25442 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DEM.Foundation.dll 1.2.2117.25442 and press Enter.
