Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DEVSHL.DLL
2.Extract DEVSHL.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract DEVSHL.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DEVSHL.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DEVSHL.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DEVSHL.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DEVSHL.DLL and press Enter.
