Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DK2WIN32.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract DK2WIN32.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DK2WIN32.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DK2WIN32.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DK2WIN32.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DK2WIN32.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DK2WIN32.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
