Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DKOALA1.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract DKOALA1.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DKOALA1.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DKOALA1.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DKOALA1.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DKOALA1.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DKOALA1.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
