Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DM9NDI.DLL
2.Extract DM9NDI.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract DM9NDI.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DM9NDI.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DM9NDI.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DM9NDI.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DM9NDI.DLL and press Enter.
