Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DZPIPE32.DLL
2.Extract DZPIPE32.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract DZPIPE32.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DZPIPE32.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DZPIPE32.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DZPIPE32.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DZPIPE32.DLL and press Enter.
