Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DataGatherer.dll
2.Extract DataGatherer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DataGatherer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DataGatherer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DataGatherer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DataGatherer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DataGatherer.dll and press Enter.
