Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DevSupp.dll
2.Extract DevSupp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DevSupp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DevSupp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DevSupp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DevSupp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DevSupp.dll and press Enter.
