Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DigiPClt4.dll
2.Extract DigiPClt4.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DigiPClt4.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DigiPClt4.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DigiPClt4.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DigiPClt4.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DigiPClt4.dll and press Enter.
