Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Drv3500O.dll
2.Extract Drv3500O.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Drv3500O.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Drv3500O.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Drv3500O.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Drv3500O.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Drv3500O.dll and press Enter.
