Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbcon6.dll 6.0.4.3596
2.Extract dbcon6.dll 6.0.4.3596 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbcon6.dll 6.0.4.3596 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbcon6.dll 6.0.4.3596.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbcon6.dll 6.0.4.3596 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbcon6.dll 6.0.4.3596 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbcon6.dll 6.0.4.3596 and press Enter.
