Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbtool6.dll 6.0.4.3763
2.Extract dbtool6.dll 6.0.4.3763 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbtool6.dll 6.0.4.3763 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbtool6.dll 6.0.4.3763.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbtool6.dll 6.0.4.3763 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbtool6.dll 6.0.4.3763 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbtool6.dll 6.0.4.3763 and press Enter.
