Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dec2mime.dll 2.16.0.46
2.Extract dec2mime.dll 2.16.0.46 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dec2mime.dll 2.16.0.46 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dec2mime.dll 2.16.0.46.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dec2mime.dll 2.16.0.46 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dec2mime.dll 2.16.0.46 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dec2mime.dll 2.16.0.46 and press Enter.
