Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dec2rtf.dll 2.16.0.46
2.Extract dec2rtf.dll 2.16.0.46 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dec2rtf.dll 2.16.0.46 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dec2rtf.dll 2.16.0.46.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dec2rtf.dll 2.16.0.46 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dec2rtf.dll 2.16.0.46 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dec2rtf.dll 2.16.0.46 and press Enter.
