Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dxsnap.dll
2.Extract dxsnap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dxsnap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dxsnap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dxsnap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dxsnap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dxsnap.dll and press Enter.
