Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DefUtDCS.dll
2.Extract DefUtDCS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DefUtDCS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DefUtDCS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DefUtDCS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DefUtDCS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DefUtDCS.dll and press Enter.
