Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DeviceEmulatorBootstrap.dll 8.0.50727.762
2.Extract DeviceEmulatorBootstrap.dll 8.0.50727.762 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DeviceEmulatorBootstrap.dll 8.0.50727.762 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DeviceEmulatorBootstrap.dll 8.0.50727.762.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DeviceEmulatorBootstrap.dll 8.0.50727.762 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DeviceEmulatorBootstrap.dll 8.0.50727.762 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DeviceEmulatorBootstrap.dll 8.0.50727.762 and press Enter.
