Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DiagCpl.dll 6.2.9200.16384
2.Extract DiagCpl.dll 6.2.9200.16384 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DiagCpl.dll 6.2.9200.16384 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DiagCpl.dll 6.2.9200.16384.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DiagCpl.dll 6.2.9200.16384 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DiagCpl.dll 6.2.9200.16384 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DiagCpl.dll 6.2.9200.16384 and press Enter.
