Using the zip or rar file
1.Download decodestate.dll
2.Extract decodestate.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract decodestate.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting decodestate.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract decodestate.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place decodestate.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 decodestate.dll and press Enter.
