Using the zip or rar file
1.Download deskcp16.dll v. 4.00.1111
2.Extract deskcp16.dll v. 4.00.1111 from .zip. We recommend that you extract deskcp16.dll v. 4.00.1111 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting deskcp16.dll v. 4.00.1111.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract deskcp16.dll v. 4.00.1111 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place deskcp16.dll v. 4.00.1111 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 deskcp16.dll v. 4.00.1111 and press Enter.
