Using the zip or rar file
1.Download devcon32.dll 4.06.630
2.Extract devcon32.dll 4.06.630 from .zip. We recommend that you extract devcon32.dll 4.06.630 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting devcon32.dll 4.06.630.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract devcon32.dll 4.06.630 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place devcon32.dll 4.06.630 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 devcon32.dll 4.06.630 and press Enter.
