Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dfengine.resources.dll 3.0.1999.25186
2.Extract dfengine.resources.dll 3.0.1999.25186 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dfengine.resources.dll 3.0.1999.25186 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dfengine.resources.dll 3.0.1999.25186.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dfengine.resources.dll 3.0.1999.25186 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dfengine.resources.dll 3.0.1999.25186 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dfengine.resources.dll 3.0.1999.25186 and press Enter.
