Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dhcpcsvc.dll 5.1.2600
2.Extract dhcpcsvc.dll 5.1.2600 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dhcpcsvc.dll 5.1.2600 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dhcpcsvc.dll 5.1.2600.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dhcpcsvc.dll 5.1.2600 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dhcpcsvc.dll 5.1.2600 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dhcpcsvc.dll 5.1.2600 and press Enter.
