Using the zip or rar file
1.Download diagnostic.dll 6.0.6001.18000
2.Extract diagnostic.dll 6.0.6001.18000 from .zip. We recommend that you extract diagnostic.dll 6.0.6001.18000 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting diagnostic.dll 6.0.6001.18000.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract diagnostic.dll 6.0.6001.18000 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place diagnostic.dll 6.0.6001.18000 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 diagnostic.dll 6.0.6001.18000 and press Enter.
