Using the zip or rar file
1.Download diapi264.dll 4.1.4.12
2.Extract diapi264.dll 4.1.4.12 from .zip. We recommend that you extract diapi264.dll 4.1.4.12 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting diapi264.dll 4.1.4.12.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract diapi264.dll 4.1.4.12 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place diapi264.dll 4.1.4.12 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 diapi264.dll 4.1.4.12 and press Enter.
