Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dicontecpio3232t.dll

5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dicontecpio3232t.dll and press Enter.
