Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dinput.dll 4.05.00.0155
2.Extract dinput.dll 4.05.00.0155 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dinput.dll 4.05.00.0155 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dinput.dll 4.05.00.0155.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dinput.dll 4.05.00.0155 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dinput.dll 4.05.00.0155 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dinput.dll 4.05.00.0155 and press Enter.
