Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dlcore.dll 1.9.615.206
2.Extract dlcore.dll 1.9.615.206 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dlcore.dll 1.9.615.206 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dlcore.dll 1.9.615.206.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dlcore.dll 1.9.615.206 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dlcore.dll 1.9.615.206 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dlcore.dll 1.9.615.206 and press Enter.
