Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dllio32.dll
2.Extract dllio32.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dllio32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dllio32.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dllio32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dllio32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dllio32.dll and press Enter.
