Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dmmsss23.dll
2.Extract dmmsss23.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dmmsss23.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dmmsss23.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dmmsss23.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dmmsss23.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dmmsss23.dll and press Enter.
