Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dmxbici.dll 15.4.3538.513
2.Extract dmxbici.dll 15.4.3538.513 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dmxbici.dll 15.4.3538.513 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dmxbici.dll 15.4.3538.513.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dmxbici.dll 15.4.3538.513 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dmxbici.dll 15.4.3538.513 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dmxbici.dll 15.4.3538.513 and press Enter.
