Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dortddm64x0.dll
2.Extract dortddm64x0.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dortddm64x0.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dortddm64x0.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dortddm64x0.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dortddm64x0.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dortddm64x0.dll and press Enter.
