Using the zip or rar file
1.Download drv2.dll 10.0.0.2373
2.Extract drv2.dll 10.0.0.2373 from .zip. We recommend that you extract drv2.dll 10.0.0.2373 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting drv2.dll 10.0.0.2373.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract drv2.dll 10.0.0.2373 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place drv2.dll 10.0.0.2373 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 drv2.dll 10.0.0.2373 and press Enter.
