Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dsnaii76cs1.dll
2.Extract dsnaii76cs1.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dsnaii76cs1.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dsnaii76cs1.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dsnaii76cs1.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dsnaii76cs1.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dsnaii76cs1.dll and press Enter.
