Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DLLWinLib.dll
2.Extract DLLWinLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DLLWinLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DLLWinLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DLLWinLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DLLWinLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DLLWinLib.dll and press Enter.
