Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DXStart.dll
2.Extract DXStart.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DXStart.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DXStart.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DXStart.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DXStart.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DXStart.dll and press Enter.
