Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DYSoftCodec.dll
2.Extract DYSoftCodec.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DYSoftCodec.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DYSoftCodec.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DYSoftCodec.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DYSoftCodec.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DYSoftCodec.dll and press Enter.
