Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dmdb219r.dll
2.Extract dmdb219r.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dmdb219r.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dmdb219r.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dmdb219r.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dmdb219r.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dmdb219r.dll and press Enter.
