Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dmsecadm.dll
2.Extract dmsecadm.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dmsecadm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dmsecadm.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dmsecadm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dmsecadm.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dmsecadm.dll and press Enter.
