Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dwss619r.dll
2.Extract dwss619r.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dwss619r.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dwss619r.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dwss619r.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dwss619r.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dwss619r.dll and press Enter.
