Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DataAccessService.dll
2.Extract DataAccessService.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DataAccessService.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DataAccessService.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DataAccessService.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DataAccessService.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DataAccessService.dll and press Enter.
